Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you're charged a prorated amount. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
Free tier: You'll be prompted to upgrade. Pro tier: We have soft limits with a 10% buffer. If you consistently exceed limits, we'll reach out about Team tier or custom pricing.
Do you offer refunds?

Is there a discount for annual billing?
