StockScope provides a stock tracking and watchlist management application with AI-generated summaries of market data. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of professional advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Update your information to keep it current
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute data without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier: Limited features with usage caps. May be modified or discontinued at any time.

Paid Tiers: Billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds available within 14 days of initial purchase.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StockScope and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your watchlists and notes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF MARKET DATA. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKSCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time through account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
